This program focuses on the essential role of coaching in leadership to enhance team performance and foster individual professional growth. Participants will explore different coaching techniques and frameworks to improve leadership practices and unlock their team’s full potential. The program also highlights the importance of coaching and mentoring in establishing a learning culture within organizations.

Trainer Bio:

Banafsheh Azizi is a consultant, advisor, and executive coach specializing in leadership development, nonprofit management, and organizational growth across the Middle East.

Previously, she was the COO of the Kuwait Association for the Care of Children in Hospital and led key initiatives in Saudi Arabia, including the first child life program at King Fahad Medical City and a Child Life master’s program at Alfaisal University.

With a background in strategy consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton and broadcast journalism at CBS News and CNN International, she holds a doctorate in Leadership and Learning from Vanderbilt University. As the founder of TuBee, she is committed to lifelong learning and was recognized as a Georgia Tech “40 Under 40” honoree in 2021.
