Program Overview
“Leadership and Emotional Intelligence” introduces emotional intelligence and its role in effective leadership. Participants explore the four domains of emotional intelligence, examine their leadership strengths and development areas, and build the emotional intelligence competencies required to lead themselves, teams, and the organization. The program integrates theory and practical application to strengthen emotional intelligence in daily leadership practice.
The training program also focuses on building leadership resilience to effectively navigate rapidly changing and complex work environments.

Trainer Bio
Banafsheh Azizi is a consultant, advisor, and executive coach specializing in leadership development, nonprofit management, and organizational growth across the Middle East.
Previously, she was the COO of the Kuwait Association for the Care of Children in Hospital and led key initiatives in Saudi Arabia, including the first child life program at King Fahad Medical City and a Child Life master’s program at Alfaisal University.
With a background in strategy consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton and broadcast journalism at CBS News and CNN International, she holds a doctorate in Leadership and Learning from Vanderbilt University. As the founder of TuBee, she is committed to lifelong learning and was recognized as a Georgia Tech “40 Under 40” honoree in 2021.
