Prerequisites

The program does not require advanced prior experience with Microsoft Office, but basic knowledge of computers and office software is preferred.

Program Overview

Enable participants to master the creation and formatting of documents using Microsoft Word with high proficiency, and equip them with the knowledge to insert visual elements and effectively apply templates and styles. Train participants to efficiently use Excel for data entry, perform calculations using functions, and create pivot tables and simple charts. Encourage the use of collaboration tools such as track changes and file sharing to enhance teamwork and achieve higher quality and productivity in office tasks.
