Program Overview
This program introduces participants to emotional intelligence and emotional agility and their roles in effective leadership. Attendees will learn about the four domains of emotional intelligence and emotional agility. The program combines theoretical and practical insights to help leaders enhance their emotional intelligence and agility to support their leadership practice.

Trainer Bio
Banafsheh Azizi is a consultant, advisor, and executive coach specializing in leadership development, nonprofit management, and organizational growth across the Middle East.
Previously, she was the COO of the Kuwait Association for the Care of Children in Hospital and led key initiatives in Saudi Arabia, including the first child life program at King Fahad Medical City and a Child Life master’s program at Alfaisal University.
With a background in strategy consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton and broadcast journalism at CBS News and CNN International, she holds a doctorate in Leadership and Learning from Vanderbilt University. As the founder of TuBee, she is committed to lifelong learning and was recognized as a Georgia Tech “40 Under 40” honoree in 2021.
