Prerequisites

No prior neuroscience or psychology knowledge is required, but a background in marketing or business is helpful. Participants should have an interest in consumer behavior and strategic decision-making. A willingness to explore scientific approaches to marketing will maximize the learning experience.

Program Overview

An intensive, hands-on 2-day workshop designed to empower professionals to drive smarter, faster growth through structured experimentation. Trainer Bio

Stela Ivanova, PhD​


Stela Ivanova, PhD, is Professor in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Creativity & Experimentation at ESCP Business School. She is an Academic Director of the MBA in International Management. Previously she has been part of the faculty of the University of Exeter Business School, Eindhoven University of Technology, and a visiting position at the University of New South Wales (Australia).​

Before moving to academia, Stela worked as a junior consultant in talent management and acquisition as well as a project management for a test publisher. She is certified in level A & B psychometric testing with the British Psychology Society (BPS) and in assessments by Hogan Assessments and Thomas Psychometric Tests. Stela is part of a Paris-based Art Thinking Community and delivers Art Thinking workshops for the Executive MBA at ESCP.
